First release of the Perfect Grade Unleashed sub-line. Total redesign of RX-78 with improved articulation and proportions. Features an array of metallic and chrome plated parts, plus metal parts and etching stickers. Uses dual-molded inner frame similar to that in Advanced MS Joint of Real Grade. Beam Rifle and Shield mounted by magnets. Head, chest and Beam Sabers accommodates lighting units. Includes one BR435 lithium battery for light-up beam sabre; requires two LR41 watch batteries for other lighting effects. Released as part of the 40th Anniversay Gunpla Evolution Project.
